Peridot Solar has signed co-development agreements for more than 830 MWp in italy with leading renewable energies companies.

Peridot Solar is delighted to announce the completion of an estimated 830 MWp of co-development agreements with leading Italian companies for the joint development of photovoltaic and battery storage plants in Italy.

The first agreement, signed with Emeren, a leading renewable energy developer with a 1 GWp pipeline of mid-stage projects across Europe, is focused on an initial pipeline of 170 MWp of projects on industrial land to be expanded in the coming years.

The second co-development agreement was signed with Enitesco, and it is devoted to the development of utility scale PV Plants in Sicily and in Sardinia, with a target installed capacity of 360 MWp.

The third co-development agreement was signed with the Italian engineering firm Aedes Group, supported by Progetto Verde Società Coop. and Mare Rinnovabili, for the development of agrivoltaic plants in Apulia and Sardinia for an overall power capacity of about 300 MWp.

Peridot Solar will add this 830 MWp greenfield pipeline to Its current portfolio of 120 MWp RTB projects thus reaching a very sizeable and well differentiated solar pipeline in the Italian market.
