Peridot Solar will add this 830 MWp greenfield pipeline to Its current portfolio of 120 MWp RTB projects thus reaching a very sizeable and well differentiated solar pipeline in the Italian market.
Massimo Sapienza, managing director of Peridot Solar, commented: “This is a significant addition- to our already well consolidated critical mass of solar projects across Europe, coming from some prior M&A acquisitions, and particularly in Italy. Our Peridot platform is set to continue its expansion and we are positively impressed by the new opportunities that the Italian Regulator is implementing to facilitate the green transition. Most of all, the deal comes at a moment of intensive growth for us and marks a turning point in the scope and size of our operations”.
