April
Peridot Solar was established in April 2022 with offices in London and Milan. It is a portfolio company of FitzWalter Capital Limited pioneering the energy transition by developing, building and operating renewable energy projects.
The company has initially acquired a solar PV portfolio of projects in Italy and UK from Kingdom Energy LTD and P&T Global Renewables.
June
Peridot Solar finalized 830 MWp of co-development agreements with leading Italian companies for the joint development of photovoltaic and battery storage plants in Italy.

Peridot Solar completed the acquisition of the Apollo portfolio composed by 12 RTB PV projects for an overall power of 57,6 MWp located in the eastern Sicily area

Peridot Solar secured with Infranity €120M bilateral financing for the construction of 7 solar PV assets for a total capacity of 178 MW portfolio in Italy.

Peridot Solar completed the acquisition of the S&P, a 135 MW ready-to-build Agri-solar project developed by SENS located in the eastern Sicily area
